Who Failed The Pupils Writing Exams on The Floor

I've only been out of South Africa for a week and already I'm astonished by the amazing situation reflected by the news that there are children at a Cape Town School who are going to write their exams on the floor!

While we at least don't seem to be blaming this on Apartheid, we've picked on the MEC.

But this is nonsense, many more people need to be blamed:

Zuma because he specificaly promised to rectify education

Zuma's governemnt because they are supposed to be serving the people

The teachers because they let it continue

The parents because they didn't push enough

All of us because we know this type of thing happens but turn a blind eye to it either because we don't care or we are scared of the reaction of others across the various race barriers!

After all after decades of ANC government, with an economy that grows income massively and a purported desire to change, we cant even buy a few children chairs and desks. Thats without talking about health, police and home affairs.
