More Than 100 Days for The Presidential Hotline?

During campaigning for the election Zuma first made the promise of a hotline for citizen's complaints, that would be connected to his office.

The Sowetan reports that the promise was made by Zuma at ‘Siyanqoba’ Rally in Johannesburg on 20 April, so it was one of the priorities as the new government came to power.

It is now expected that the line will be launched on 1st September - not a very auspicious omen of delivery for Zuma's government.
