SARS a CREDIT to the ANC!

Credit where credit is due (although its tax in this case) - the improvements in tax collection brought about by e-filing are amazing!

The even more significant success of SARS in improving tax collection has provided the money South Africa needs/needed to develop health, education, jobs and welfare. However, how well and legally this money has been spent is the weak/broken link in the chain of building a new South Africa.
