President Zuma said that ANC members should not hide behind legalities when they are redeployed. Obviously different to being charges with racketeering!

Cadre's of the African National Congress who gets removed from positions they were deployed to by the party must not hide behind legalities when they are removed, ANC President Jacob Zuma said.

Also worrying was the very poor language and logic used in the article:

This includes a culture of delivery and a culture of people with hearts to serve other people.

Zuma urged citizens to "Call the President" when the direct phone line to the Presidency would be up and running next month.

The party president earlier in the day also met with various groups at the Bloemfontein City Hall as part of the Siyabonga campaign.

What does that mean?
